The proposed constitution for the 09/10 season were announced by the FA today with a few teams moved around the divisions.
Bracknell Town won a reprieve to stay in the Southern League Div 1 South & West due to Winchester City losing their appeal against a points deduction.

Burnham, Slough Town and Beaconsfield SYCOB have all been moved across to the Midlands division with new faces including Frome Town, Hungerford Town, Mangotsfield United, VT FC, Yate Town and tenants Bedfont Green.
There remain, however, a small number of issues that may result in further changes to the published list being applied. Such changes will be published on TheFA.com.
The current proposal for the Southern League Division 1 South & West is:-
AFC Hayes
AFC Totton
Abingdon United
