Windsor & Eton have ended their season on a high with lifting the Berks & Bucks Senior Cup beating Marlow 1-0 at StadiumMK.
Jake Parsons grabbed the only goal of the game in the first half to ease the disappointment of missing out in the play-offs.
Windsor dominated the game from the start and when Paul Coyne's ball eluded Chris Elsgood it looked as if Ben Porter would be through but he was pulled back and Michael Chennells put the loose ball wide.
Chennells then came close to getting on the end of Jake Parsons cross before Parsons himself had an effort cleared off the line.
Then came the killer blow when Bruce Wilson's deep cross was met by Parsons and he looped a header of for Royalist keeper Kieron Drake.
Chennells had a chance of doubling the lead just before the break when he beat another former Windsor player in Johnny Isaac before seeing his effort saved.
Windsor kept up the pressure in the second half and following a poor Marlow corner Coyne broke away and found Ben Porter who's effort was spilled by Drake and then gathered just before Chennells could turn it in.
Parsons then hit another effort just over and one just wide before eventually being substituted.
Windsor held firm to gain a well deserved win and their first cup win in a long time.
