Windsor & Eton secured second place and home advantage in the play-offs despite losing 4-2 at home to Winchester City.
Jones Awiah (2), Jeff Carvey and Michael McEnery struck for the visitor with replies from Matt Seedel and Ryan Parsons.
Windsor went into the match knowing that anything other than a defeat would guarantee them the runners-up spot but were soon relying on Abingdon beating AFC Totton.
An early corner from James Rowe was struck low towards the near post and turned in by Jones Awiah.
Windsor almost levelled immediately when Paul Coyne's free kick found the head of Steve Butler but he only found the post.
Windsor did pull level on 15 minutes when another Coyne free kick wasn't cleared allowing Matt Seedel a couple of chances to stab the ball over the line.
As the half entered the later stages Winchester again found themselves in the lead when Seedel brought down Leon Osei allowing Awiah to score from the spot.
Windsor came out for the second half and looked as if they were taking control and when Ryan Parsons got down the left and and in the area he shot across Chris Tardiff pulling the scores level again.
The scores stayed level for just 5 minutes when once again Osei caused the Windsor defence problems and beat Chris Cahill to set up Jeff Carvey to curl his effort inside the far post.
Winchester made sure of the points late on when a poor header from Cahill allowed Michael McEnery to race through and round Rob Bullivant.
Despite the defeat news came in of Totton's defeat at Abingdon setting up a play-off semi-final against Didcot Town.
