| LATE WINNER PUTS ROYALISTS THROUGH |
Windsor & Eton made it safely through to the quarter finals of the Southern League cup with a 2-1 win away at Dunstable Town.
Ben Porter and Michael Chennells scored at either end of the match with Darrell Elliott levelling midway through the second half.
Windsor got off to the best possible start when after just 3 minutes Paul Coyne's free kick found Porter who managed to turn and lift the ball over the head of Paul Taylor and into the net.
With their noses in front Windsor continued to push forward and had it not been for the face of Paul Marsiglio, Porter may have added a second.
Dunstable came close to levelling the scores on a couple of occasions, their best chance was mid-way through the half when Darrell Elliott headed Stuart Sinclair's free kick wide.
The second half saw the home side start well and on the hour mark got the goal that they had been
threatening.
Elliott managed to get through and just when he looked to shoot Ryan Parsons slid in to block but only succeeded in sending the ball over the head of Rob Bullivant.
As the match entered injury time and looked destined for extra time, Michael Chennells suddenly popped up with a winner.
Matt Seedel did well to cross from the left and picked out Chennells who's header came off both posts before crossing the line.
