Didcot had an early shout for a penaltywhen Jamie Healy went down but referee Law saw nothing wrong.
Lte in the half and Windsor carved out their first really chance when Rob Bullivant released Paul Coyne and his neat passing with Chennells made space for Chennells to shoot but his effort was saved.
Martin Williams then tried his luck from distance but his 40 yard effort was tipped over by Michael Watkins.
The second half was much the same as the first with both sides failing to create many chances.
Didcot had a great opportunity to take the lead early on when Neville Roach got his head onto Matthew Bicknell's cross setting up Paul Powell who's header was straight at Bullivant.
Windsor finally took the lead in second half injury time when Coyne's corner was headed down by Andrew Fagan and nicely controlled by Chennells who turned and shot past Watkins.
