Windsor & Eton bounced back after their dismal defeat at the weekend to see off Brook House 2-1 at Farm Park.
Michael Chennels struck first for Windsor in the second half with Paul McGovern levelling in injury time before Matt Seedel struck the winner.
Windsor were rarely threatened in the first half and came close to an early lead Matt Seedel flicked on Mark Burgess' throw for Ricci Dolan to run to but he hit the ball wide of the post.
Dolan came close again this time his effort was pushed away by Mark Phillpott and the follow up effort cleared up the pitch.
James Edgerley then hit the post after he was sent through by Mark Cooper as Windsor really started to put the pressure on the Brook House defence.
Windsor's confidence continued to grow and after great link up play from Ben Porter and Michael Chennels, Porter found Mark Burgess who fired over from close range.
Edgerley then had another effort well saved after being set up by Seedel as it seemed only a mater of time before Windsor would take the lead.
Brook House did manage to force one save out of Sam Mazurek when Jamal Da Costa got free from Cooper and shot straight at Mazurek.
There was no let up in the pressure going into the second half and another quick start almost saw Windsor ahead.
Kelvin McIntosh's quick free kick to Chennels put the Windsor striker clear of the defence only for the ball to go just the wrong side of the post.
Seedel was then clean through on goal until he was taken out by Phillpott who only received a yellow card for the challenge.
Mid-way through the half and Windsor finally got the goal they deserved when Porter rolled a perfect ball into the feet of Chennels who floated the ball over the out-stretched hand of Phillpott and into the net.
Seedel could have wrapped the game up when he got his head onto Chennels cross only for the ball to come back off the bar.
Brook House managed to pull level in injury time when substitute Paul McGovern's shot was deflected past Mazurek and it look as if the points would be shared.
That was until Windsor struck back immediately from the restart when Porter put Seedel and he made no mistake about putting the ball past Phillpott.
After the game both Phillpott and Jamie Mitchell protested about Seedel's winner but this would only earn both of them a red card.
