Simon Lane saw his side get their promotion push back on track with a well fought 3-1 victory away at Andover.
Lee Chudy gave the hosts a second half lead before Gary Middleton turned the ball into his own net and then Will Dunlop netted twice.
On an almost frozen pitch Windsor started brightly and almost took the lead when Andrew Puckett put the ball past his own post after Matt Seedel headed down James Edgerley's corner.
That was about as good as it got for either side in the first half as both sides were restricted to half chances and long range efforts.
The second half saw Windsor start brightly again when Ben Porter held the ball up for Edgerley and his effort went just over the bar.
Ben Wright then had an effort saved for Andover when he latched onto a loose ball after the Windsor defence failed to clear a free kick.
A similar situation happened just minute later this time Lee Chudy was on hand to put the ball past Sam Mazurek to give the home side the lead.
Andover's lead lasted only ten minutes when Gary Middleton turned Edgerley's cross into his own net.
Windsor then took the lead with 15 minutes remaining. Jon Cases corner seemed to clear everyone and was picked up by Ricci Dolan who sent the ball back into the box where Will Dunlop cheasted the ball down before firing past Simon Arthur.
Into the last five minutes and Windsor wrapped the game when Dunlop grabbed his second goal.
Paul Coyne's free kick was deflected through to Dunlop who volleyed in from just inside the area.
