ROYALISTS KEEP ON PROMOTION TRACK
Windsor & Eton overcame their FA Trophy exit and continued their push for promotion with a 2-1 win at home to Staines Town.
Staines took the lead early in the second half through Craig Reilly with Craig O'Connor and Matt Brady putting the home side back in front.

Craig O'Connor Got His 20th Of The Season
Both teams struggled to produce any real chances in the first half. The only one falling to the visitors late on.
Sean Reed and Neil Selby managed to beat Windsor's offside trap and the later was left with only Trevor Bunting to beat, but the Windsor keeper was on top form to deny the Staines striker.
The second half was a totally different affair with Windsor brining on both Shaun Dyke and Craig O'Connor for Julian Renner-Thomas and Gordon Hill respectively.
Although it was the home side who enjoyed the best of the half, it was Staines who took the lead.
Neil Selby's corner was punched to the edge of the area by Bunting and then volleyed in by Craig Reilly.
This only managed to kick start the Windsor players.
Dyke was his usual tenacious self down the right wing and when he latched onto a fumble by Matthew Lovett, his cross was handled by Derek Walters but no penalty was given.
The Staines Town player even bragged to his bench that he had handled the ball.
Selby had a couple of chances to increase his sides lead.
First, he struck from 25 yards just the wrong side of the post and then managed to beat both Leon Townley and Dave Tilbury before forcing Bunting to save.
Windsor then took over and started to run Staines ragged.
A neat inter-change of passes between Dave Carroll and Spencer Walsh brought a good save out of Lovett when Carroll shot.
Staines didn't even have time to draw breath after that effort as Dyke raced down the right and crossed for Craig O'Connor to head the home side level.
O'Connor was denied a clear opportunity when he tried to get on the end of a Dyke through ball but was pushed to the floor by Damien Smith when clean through, but no foul was given.
Windsor took the lead seconds later when Dyke again got down the right and beat Richard Taylor. His cross bounced over Danny Hayward's head leaving Matt Brady with an easy finish.
O'Connor was denied again when he was pulled down by Taylor when clean through and yet again no foul was given.
Dyke was more or less running things from here on in and when he beat Derek Walters and crossed, O'Connor laid off to Brady who's shot was was blocked by Taylor.
Brady could have had a second late in the half when he hit the bar after connecting with yet another Dyke cross.
Staines were reduced to ten men with a couple of minutes left.
Goalscorer Craig Reilly came in late on Dyke and was shown a second yellow card. He had already been booked in the first half for a challenge on Spencer Walsh.
