| ROYALISTS BACK ON TRACK |
Windsor & Eton bounced back from tuesday nights defeat and got their title push back on track with a 1-0 win away at Uxbridge.Windsor took the lead early on when James Courtnage's long ball bounced over the home defence allowing Michael Chennells to capitalise on Carl Dennison's mistake for an easy finish. The rest of the half wasn't exactly enspiring as Windsor continued to dominate without adding to the socre. The second half started well for Windsor again but as with most of the first half for all the possession they could find the goal to kill off the match. Their best chance came when Marcus Richardson danced his way round three defenders before crossing for Chennells who headed wide of the post. Uxbridge had a chance to pull level late on when substitute Adrian Dinham managed to turn in the area but sent his shot just over the bar. |
