DAVE Mudge has changed roles to director of football at Windsor & Eton in a bid to move the club forward.
After the game on Saturday, he and manager, Keith Scott gave an indepth interview to the Observer about how to move the club forward.

Mudge, who was appointed commercial manager earlier in the campaign, commented: "It is healthy, you can bounce things off people, get different opinions. We've actually got three footballing people at first team level.
"There's not many clubs that have someone else involved (as well as the management) that has done 600 or 700 games at Southern League level. That can benefit the football club.
"I stress that because people can come and people can go, players, managers but what you want to do is when you leave, have a structure in place. The best way of judging that is when the next guy comes in and says 'that's a great system you've left there'.
"There's a lot of good people at the club what we need to do is get everybody pulling in the same direction.
"There are other things that Keith doesn't want to be dealing with so I can go and sit with the chairman and we have had a couple of those things this week and I hope that my input has delivered.
"Keith's main concern is what happens on the green grass of the pitch, you can have the best set up in the world but if you don't concentrate on what you're doing we won't get promotion and ultimately we want promotion."
Scott added: "As manager of the football club what we want to do is concentrate on what goes on on the field. The chairman has done well and been a magnificent benefactor for this football club but he needs help.
"How are we going to develop the football club? That's where Dave comes in, he will be taking a more active role in that.
"On the football side of things, we've had a conversation today where Dave has mentioned a player to me today and you've got to think what happens if we lose this player or that and have someone lined up."
