Windsor and Eton came away with a much deserved point against Farnborough but ultimately it may not be enough to secure a place in the play-offs.
Farnborough on the other hand, were promoted as champions as a result of gaining the point they required.
In an evenly contested first half, Windsor's first chance fell to Chandiram, whose driven effort across the box was cleared by Evans for Farnborough. Isaac's also had a long range effort just wide before Brown saved superbly low to his right from Richardson's shot.
Martin William's blasted over from all of 20 yards before Farnborough had another chance, but the ball was hit wide after it had been well knocked down.
Saunders had the next chance, with his deft chip coming back of the bar with Brown beaten, before the rebound was blasted high and wide.
Ryan Parson's cross form the left was headed over by Isaac's before the visiting side grabbed the lead. Chennels picked the ball up on the right wing and drove infield, until he unleashed an effort which spun back off the base of the post. From all of a yard out, Chandiram was on hand to give the Royalists the lead.
Windsor's defence were happy to see the rest of the half out, with the back four in relative control.
From the restart Farnborough attacked again, but didn't really threaten Brown. A couple of freekicks form wide positions went straight across goal but every time no striker was on hand to provide the all important touch.
Farnborough equalised when the ball was knocked down and substitute Harkness was in position to blast the ball into the bottom corner. In truth, it was the only cross that the Windsor centre back pairing of Butler and Cooper had failed to deal with all afternoon.
Farnborough grabbed the ascendancy after scoring and Brown pushed a header over the bar from point blank range but Farnborough, for all their possession in the final third, failed to carve out many more openings.
At the other end it was much the same story, but Chennels was unfortunate when his effort squirmed into the keepers gloves after some good pressure from the centre backs.
Windsor threw everything they had at Farnborough in the final few minutes, with Isaac's having an effort blocked and then Jake Parsons cross being deflected on to the post. Butler's header wide form a corner in the dying seconds left the game all square and with the Royalists promotion challenge all but over. Farnborough, on the other hand, with 9 changes from the side that the Royalists knocked out of the trophy earlier in the season, were left to celebrate their league title.
